Neil Desai, BDS
Principal Dentist, GDC No: 82805
Neil graduated from Kings College London in 2003 and has extensive experience in dentistry, and enjoys Oral Surgery. He has completed extensive further training in Implantology with Professor Hilt Tatum in 2008 to allow him to provide all the latest techniques. In addition to providing general dentistry, he particularly enjoys providing cosmetic dentistry, from simple tooth whitening to veneers. Neil is also a member of the local dental committee and a member of the British Dental Association.
His calm and reassuring nature helps achieve excellent results with patients of all ages. He continues to update his knowledge with the latest postgraduate courses in Implantology and travels the world to attend the most cutting-edge courses.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, gardening, carpentry, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Pooja Desai, BDS
Principal Dentist, GDC No: 82517
Pooja graduated from Kings College London in 2003. She has a calm, caring approach towards each patient and a wealth of experience in treating families. She is one of Bedfordshire’s leading Invisalign providers and has a special interest in teeth straightening and composite bonding. She takes great pride in helping patients transform their image and self-esteem. Her work philosophy is to provide ideal comfort, function, and aesthetics to the highest standard for all her patients.
Sarah Semple
Practice Manager, GDC No: 250003
Sarah joined Kings Dental in 2018. She gained her level three diploma in Dental Nursing from Barnfield College in 2014 and registered with the GDC the same year.
She has a naturally friendly and caring approach to all patients and enjoys going above and beyond to make sure she delivers the best standard of care.
Ms. Allysun Ramsdale RDH BACDP
Hygienist
Allysun is an award-winning dental hygienist, qualifying from the University of Leeds in 1992, receiving awards for clinical excellence, practical work and student hygienist of the year. Originally from Yorkshire, she relocated to Bedfordshire in 2016 and now is a much sought after hygienist working with clinics in London and now here with us at Kings dental.
Allysun has almost 30 years experience as a dental hygienist and regularly attends courses to include the latest research and treatments to maintain her patients healthy glowing smiles ! Patients find her gentle treatment techniques and friendly down to earth approach highly valuable and she specialises in treating nervous patients and those who have previously found treatment uncomfortable . She works closely with our skilled team in providing excellent supportive care for those patients who have Dental Implants and those undergoing orthodontic treatments and provides a full range of professional tooth whitening treatments.
Allysun is also a highly experienced advanced facial aesthetics practitioner providing a wide range of medical aesthetics treatments such as wrinkle reduction and dermal filler treatments. With years of extensive Harley street experience she has clinics in London and Bedford and is now proud to also be offering these treatments at Kings dental. She takes pride in using subtle gentle techniques to give patients a more youthful and fresher appearance.
Allysun has been featured in The Daily Mail for her aesthetics and dental treatments and is a board member of the BACDP , supporting fellow professionals and promoting patient safety in the industry.
Allysun likes music, plays the flute and sings in a local choir. She likes the theatre , socialising and is a science fiction geek too!
Alba Kapllani
Dental Hygienist, BDS Hons, Registered under S36C of the Dentists Act
Alba is a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist, prides herself on her commitment to excellence in dental health care. Qualifying from dental university in 2016, has since established herself as skilful Dental Hygienist. Alba is passionate about all aspects of dentistry including oral hygiene promotion, patient education on periodontal disease, prevention and treatment. She is constantly developing her skills and knowledge whilst gaining Level 2 Certificate in Nutrition and Health. Outside dentistry she is a house plant enthusiast, enjoys gardening and cooking. Non-English speaking patient will be pleased to know that Alba speaks fluently Greek, Albanian and understands Italian.
